The O-rings tend to dry out after a while. An extra set of O-rings comes with each Hydroflite Launcher.  Sometime, however, you are bound to need replacements. The O-ring size is 2-114 (5/8" ID x 3/32 wall) and can be purchased from most hardware stores. (My local hardware store sells them for 74¢ each.) Since we buy them in bulk, we can get ours for less. The replacement O-rings come 4 each (that is 2 sets). If you purchase replacement O-rings with another product, we give a 50% discount.
